Julie Anne Smith, A.K.A. Julianne is an Hollywood actor, writer and bestselling novelist. Her talents have won her world-wide recognition. She's a Sagittarius born on December 3, 1960, in North Carolina. She's the oldest of three siblings born in the home of Peter Moore Smith, a paratrooper as well as Anne psychologist. Her parents are English, Scottish and of mixed heritage. Moore struggled as her family was constantly shifting due to her father's employment.
